Gary's career spans SAP integration, digital commerce, broadband modernization, infrastructure, business intelligence, data architecture, PMO management, project turnaround, and executive-level facilitation. He is currently serving as SAP Program Lead through Sutherland for delivery of the AEG Fuels SAP S/4HANA IS-Oil solution.

His background combines an MBA with graduate engineering education and a hands-on technical foundation. He communicates comfortably with executives, vendors, architects, developers, operational leaders, and end users - and is especially effective when a complicated program needs structure, priority, and honest forward movement.

Michael supports Delgar with website development, technical troubleshooting, software and productivity research, AI and technology updates, financial and decision-support models, documentation, and interactive web tools.

He holds a B.S. in Information Technology and maintains a broad technical foundation across support, networking, security, Linux, cloud concepts, project coordination, and risk analysis.
