He has led program offices, SAP and enterprise initiatives, global digital commerce portfolios, broadband modernization, business intelligence solutions, systems integration, and vendor-heavy delivery environments.
Delgar is intentionally lean. Clients are not handed to a large rotating consulting team. Gary leads the engagement directly, with Delene providing administrative continuity and Michael contributing practical technology support when useful.
